Users may read, navigate, search and cite PSRM within the permitted-use boundary once the relevant route is available. Users must not scrape, bulk copy, train an AI system, bypass access controls, overload the service, submit false information or imply approval that has not been granted.

Comments, corrections, consultation responses and evidence suggestions may be considered through Council or committee routes. Submission does not give the contributor control over PSRM content.

The intended privacy controller is Procurement and Supply Reference Map Limited (proposed). Until incorporation and adoption steps are complete, the Secretariat manages privacy records for the proposed entity.

PSRM may collect information needed to respond to enquiries, run consultation, maintain public records, protect access and investigate misuse.

PSRM does not sell personal information.
