The Institute is the education and credential route for PSRM. It teaches the reference map and will protect the meaning of any recognition it grants.

How a reader becomes a practitioner.

Essentials

Awareness of the Map and the five streams. Suitable for anyone who reads PSRM.

Foundation

Ability to read the Map, apply the reading route and interpret evidence tiers.

Practitioner

Ability to apply PSRM to a scoped baseline and support decisions with evidence.

Stream specialist

Depth in a single stream and its module pattern.

Accredited assessor

Ability to assess work under Institute rules, once the route is open.

Fellow

Recognised contribution to PSRM, subject to a Council route.

Organisational use

For teams and enrolling organisations.

Organisations will be able to enrol teams in shared learning aligned to the Map. Learning covers the architecture, tiers, module reading route, evidence tiers, baseline method and AI governance, so a team reads and applies PSRM consistently.

The Institute does not grade organisations. It develops the people who read and apply the reference.

Partner route

For firms that teach or deliver alongside PSRM.

A partner route is planned for firms that meet Institute quality and conduct requirements. It will define what partners may claim, how learning is delivered under Institute rules, and how partner status is published and maintained.

Partner intake, public partner listing and partner badges are not live. No partner claim is authorised on this first public version.

Integrity

Learning is separate from recognition.

A person may learn without receiving recognition. Recognition is granted only when assessment requirements are met. Misrepresentation or misuse can lead to suspension or removal once the route is live.

Interest capture through this site is being wired. In the meantime, email the Secretariat with a short note about role and interest. No enrolment, credential or payment is taken at this stage.
