Questions
Frequently asked.
What is PSRM?+
PSRM is a council-governed reference map of procurement and supply capability, evidence and maturity.
Is PSRM a rulebook?+
No. PSRM provides reference points at each tier. The organisation decides its own target.
Who governs it?+
The PSRM Council governs publication, ratification and integrity. The Council is forming, and the activation state is disclosed publicly.
Is the full map complete?+
No. The Atlas is authored progressively. Public pages state what is published, what is in review and what is still in preparation.
How is capability assessed?+
Evidence is read against reference tiers. Confidence is stated with the evidence behind it. PSRM does not compare an organisation to its peers.
How does AI fit?+
PSRM treats AI participation as a governance question. Each agent use case needs a permission boundary, evidence trail, escalation rule and named human accountability.
Can vendors influence the map?+
No. A commercial relationship cannot buy influence over map content, tiers, controls, evidence expectations, publication order or Council decisions.
Are Institute courses or recognition open?+
No. The Institute route is described but not open on this public v0.1 site.
Are Accredited Partners live?+
No. The partner route is coming. No public partner register entry or badge is live on this public v0.1 site.
How do I get involved?+
