Not a rulebook. Not a mandate. A map.
PSRM does not pass or fail organisations, rank them against peers, or choose the target on their behalf. It gives reference points, evidence expectations and maturity descriptions. Accountable judgement stays with the organisation.
Governance
Council-governed. Free to read.
PSRM is governed by an independent Council. The Council owns the integrity of the reference, ratifies what is published, and holds the quality bar.
PSRM is vendor-neutral and evidence-led. Commercial relationships do not buy influence over map content, tiers, controls, evidence expectations or Council decisions. The public reference is free to read.

First public version
This is the first public version of PSRM. The Atlas is authored progressively. The Council is forming. Institute and PSRM Connect are described here as coming routes. Publish-ready modules, credentials and community access will be released as they are ratified.
